"I swear Pink Lily is the only brand that has cute skorts! The pattern is fun and girly while the shorts inside have a silky feel to them. These land perfectly just above my knee (I'm 5'2") and can be paired with so many different top and shoe combinations. I think this would make a great year-round piece for any wardrobe since it has a lovely summer feel to it but could also pair well with a chunky sweater and leggings in the winter."
