"Love the colors- just as pictured. I ordered a small based on others' feedback, and there is still plenty of room. The XS could probably even be ok, and not be so big at the bottom. That's my only real issue is that the bottom doesn't stay folded under, and it's too long to have hang down. But I still love it!"
"OBSESSED!!! This is such a comfy sweater but still looks dressed up enough. Its easy to style dressed up or down & I love that the zipper is metal - just makes the sweater look more elevated IMO. I feel like the sizing is also great - oversized for sure but the band at the bottom makes it easy to fold up if you want it more cropped or not if you don't! Overall super versatile & a MUST HAVE! #PLEmployee"

"I got this as a birthday gift from my mother. The large was too large and I wanted to exchange for a medium. When I went to try to initiate exchange, the website said there was no medium available. But when I went to buy it from the Best Seller section, it showed a medium available. I chatted with the someone who made every attempt to be helpful. After trying the exchange on my phone and two different computers with the directions I was given in the chat, I was still not able to exchange it. I gave up and will just roll the bottom or try to tuck part of it in because it is a very cute comfortable sweater. My mom even paid for the hassle free returns, but over two hours, 3 devices, and chatting someone, I would not say this is hassle free."
